Volunteer Challenge

Double your impact! RMHC Philly friend and volunteer, Chuck Montufar, is challenging our volunteers to raise $25,000 in 50 days. If we meet the goal, he will match every dollar, for a total of $50,000.
Just like you, Chuck has witnessed the incredible strength of families facing unimaginable challenges. Supporting the House and these families brings him a sense of balance because he has been in the shoes of these parents. In 1999, his daughter Cara was diagnosed with a rare cancer, and he and his wife forfeited taking care of themselves so they could do everything in their power to make their daughter well again–just like many families do today. His experience fuels his passion to help others going through similar challenges, which is why he is pledging to match donations made this spring by fellow volunteers up to $25.000.
