Reports to: Director of Operations
Position Summary: The Housekeeper provides daily cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas.
Essential Duties:
- Guest Room Cleaning – preparation of room for future guests
- Stripping and making of beds/sleeper sofas
- Mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing of all surfaces
- Cleaning of bathroom including toilets, vanity, shower, floors, walls, and any other surfaces
- Restocking of guest room supplies
- Removal of trash
- Public Areas
- Mopping, vacuuming, cleaning glass surfaces, and wiping down of tables and other surfaces
- Routine disposal of trash and recyclables, changing liners
- Replenishment of paper products in restrooms
- Cleaning of restroom commodes, sinks, vanity, toilets, urinals, floors, walls, and any other surfaces
- Other duties as assigned to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the House
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior hotel or similar housekeeping experience preferred

- Ability to read and follow directions on products and material data safety sheets
- Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment and tools; assuring safety of yourself and occupants of your assigned cleaning tasks in an effective and efficient manner
