31 May Restoring Mothers Spa Day

RMHC Philly was proud to partner with Restore Salon Services and Philly Nail Company to provide a “Restoring Mothers” Spa Day for moms staying at the House. Moms were able to receive haircuts, blowouts, and manicures at no cost to them.

“It feels good, I haven’t had a haircut or spa say in months, so it’s really special,” said Kim Campbell. Campbell and her mother who had been staying at the House since January while her 8-year-old son Brody, received cancer treatment.

” For how much they’ve been through they deserve a day like this”, said Brody. We were so grateful to be able to provide this service. It was our aim to provide our deserving mothers with a chance to indulge in some much-needed self-care and personal time.
